Job Responsibility for Business Management Analyst:
Create Strategy enhancements of different functionalities of SAP HR
Analysis of the SAP HR ECC 6.0 .
Configuration of the SAP HR Modules like Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Travel Management, on IBM sand-box
Create ESB features for Integration of each module connected through the Enterprise Bus
Monitor and document each data transaction at regular intervals
Communicate with Technical Developers to provide them detailed understanding of the SAP HR Module functionality.
Study and Identify Industry standards for data transfer protocol for SAP and Oracle
Document Interfaces
Detailed implementation of B2B
Identify key implications of ECC 6.0 when migrating data from all SAP Module Oracle.
Provide detailed functionality of HR Module across different global implementation for the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for the HR applications Business process.
Involve in design for SAP HCM applications (i.e. requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design documentation).
Resolve daily operational application defects and perform root-cause analysis.
Skills:
- Requires a Bachelors or Master Degree
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience analyzing, designing and implementing SAP HR functionality against business requirements.
- A minimum of 2 full-lifecycle SAP HR implementation projects on SAP R/3 4.7.
- 2 years of practical experience in an SAP consulting or professional services capacity utilizing implementation methodology.
- At least 2 SAP HR implementations involving multiple HR modules to include at least 2 of the following Payroll, CM/PA, Time Management and Benefits.
- Design experience with ESS benefits enrollment is highly desirable.
- Practical experience utilizing ASAP methodology and toolsets in at least 2 projects.
- Demonstrated success in a consulting atmosphere: information gathering, needs assessment, analysis, proposal, design, delivery, go-live.
